About The Opportunity
Programmed Property Services is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Bunbury team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trade to put down the tools and begin the next stage of their professional journey. Our team is known for providing exceptional painting services to a variety of clients across Bunbury. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships while managing the operations of our site-based teams.
Nature of position: Full-Time

Reporting line: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our client
Manage and deliver projects across the contract
Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for the projects
Arrange all materials and equipment for site
Deliver contract and progress reporting
Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced painter/building trade qualified who has previously managed site-based teams and is driven to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams
A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
