Project Coordinator | Commercial Fit-Out | 6-Month Contract

Are you a driven and ambitious Project Coordinator , Junior Estimator/Contract Administrator or Graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to progress your career?

We are currently partnering with one of Melbourne's leading commercial fit-out builders who have been operating now for over ten years.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.
The opportunity is on an initial 6-month contract basis with a view to it transitioning into a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule projects to be cost-effective.
Liaise with Project and Site Managers to determine project needs and calculate costs.
Attain relevant quotes from trades, subcontractors, and estimators for works required.
Scheduling of trades; ensuring smooth completion of each project.
Review of design/architectural documentation for individual projects.
About you: Graduated with a construction-related degree.
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator and/or Junior estimator is desirable though not essential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
A commitment to learning and a willingness to grow.
The majority of projects are based in the North/North Western Suburbs so you will ideally live within a commutable distance of this region.
Benefits: The role offers an hourly rate of up to $40 - $60 p/h (experience dependent).
