We are seeking a suitably experienced Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Governance Programs team to provide key coordination and support to ensure the continuing progress of AV's Best Care Framework and clinical governance systems across the organisation with a focus on our Safeguarding Care program which addresses our family violence and child safety legislative responsibilities. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position based in Blackburn North, with hybrid arrangements available. 
About the role This position will play a vital role in the delivery of our strategic quality system. Reporting to the Director Clinical Governance Programs , responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Support the delivery of clinical governance and refresh of AVs Best Care FrameworkMonitor progress of actions and reporting related to MARAM and family violence programs, to support the delivery of AVs quality and safety systems including the Child Safe StandardsPrepare high level executive papers, presentations and reports for the Executive, Board, and other relevant clinical governance committees, including Board SubcommitteesUpdating and monitoring of Quality and Patient Experience related policies and proceduresProject management of ongoing actions and recommendations for improvement across Clinical Governance ProgramsDevelop excellent working relationships across the organisation and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders  About you To be successful for this position you will have a relevant degree or industry certification with proven relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience in quality and safety systems. Additionally, you will possess: 
Demonstrated experience working within the healthcare industry particularly family violence and child safety with a focus on high quality and safe service delivery (highly desirable)Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare high level reports for internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in audit/reporting tools and IT systems including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)High attention to detail using sound checking/validation processes to ensure reliable and accurate informationProven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to foster a culture of focused customer service and continuous improvement Working at AV As a valued member of AV, you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance. This position is graded at AV4 under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021. Hybrid working options are available however it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North headquarters.
