About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. The role would suit a recent graduate or someone with experience in project support and administration.
In this role, you'll support project planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resourcesMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and support risk managementPrepare regular project updates, reports, and minutes for stakeholdersCoordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintain project documentation and administrationSupport team members with administrative tasks to streamline project delivery Criteria Relevant tertiary or formal qualifications in Project Management OR practical experience in a similar roleProven experience in project coordination or administrationStrong organisational, administrative and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project is advantageous)What We Offer A supportive and inclusive work culture with flexible work arrangements availableOpportunities for professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageHow to Apply If you're passionate about making an impact and excited to contribute to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
