Our Client is a long-standing Builder developer who has been in operation for 25 years and has a turnover in excess of $200M annually. They specialise in Residential, Retail, Community, and Hospitality projects across Melbourne's inner and outer suburbs.

They are slowly growing and have an immediate need for an additional and experienced Project Coordinator / CA.

The role is a Junior CA/Coordinator style position, reporting to the Project Manager and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the projects. The role will be office-based at their office in the Inner SE suburbs. Responsibilities will cover:
General administration/coordinationDocument controlRFI'sOHS & quality managementScope of worksAssisting with procurementLetting and vetting tradesGeneral contract administrationSub-contractor management To be considered, you will be tertiary qualified in a construction-related discipline with a minimum of 3 years industry experience working within the commercial market sector in a similar type of role. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry.
