Main Duties:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of various projects, ensuring that all administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently.
Collaborate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, and other Engineers to meet project goals. Prepare and review reports on project activities and milestones. Manage an effective filing system and coordinate new employee inductions, ensuring completion of paperwork. Helping manage Dash Pivot Platform—document management system; UKG—HR management system—uploading documents, etc. Administer and monitor external services to the project, including stationery, courier, and other costs. Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and airport pickups/drop-offs as required. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, photocopying, and document control. Assisting project teams with updating project folders. Organize social activities, celebrations, and open days. Assist team members with additional tasks as reasonably required. Requirements: At least 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally from a company that operates in a similar field of civils, or construction. Knowledge in administrative procedures and practices, with background in invoicing, accounting, and general office administration. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Highly proficient in the use of information technology systems such as Microsoft Office. Good problem solving and analytical skill with high attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality in terms of personnel records and personal information. Strong customer service skills. Ideally holds a Certificate IV in business administration. Must be amenable to work in their office based in Sydney. Benefits Salary package of $60k-$75k + super, negotiable dependent on experience.
