Bunbury has all the benefits of city living together with beautiful beaches and a vibrant community atmosphere.Join us to build a better Bunbury.Are you an experienced project coordinator with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a diverse and inclusive environment?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Projects and Asset Management team for a 3 Year Maximum Term contract.
This role will lead projects from inception to close out.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing civil, landscape, and building projects of various sizes and scopes.You will also work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor qualification in project management or related industry with demonstrated experience in managing major infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and systems.Highly developed interpersonal skills and the proven ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with stakeholders.Extensive knowledge and experience in tendering and contract preparation, including preparation of documentation, supervision, and management.Well-developed organisation skills including task and time management, setting priorities, planning, and managing workloads to complete projects within prescribed timeframes, on budget, and with limited supervision.What we offer:Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2022 Enterprise Agreement with a Level 8 $111,382 gross per annum depending on experience and qualifications.Other benefits include:4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.Additional Public Service holidays.Option to salary sacrifice additional Superannuation (contribute up to 5% of your salary and the City will match your contribution up to an additional 5%).Heavily reduced gym membership for the South West Sports Centre.If you want to make a positive impact and be involved in shaping our great City, please apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
