Project Coordinator - 12 Months Contract

Manage administrative tasks for the PMO, ensuring efficient office operations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and communication for the Governance Lead.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
Support project reporting by maintaining document control and filing systems.
Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
Provide logistical support for project events and workshops.
Liaise with other departments and external parties to ensure smooth project operations.
Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
