IT & Telecomms Project Management / Team Lead Sydney Contract or Temp Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join a leading global Financial Institution based in Sydney's CBD.
About the role Reporting to the IT & Systems Manager you will work on several project streams within both the local business, and the regional business.
These streams will be in Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and Regulatory with day to day including reporting (status, GRC, KRI), standardising and centralising regulatory reporting as current-state is ad hoc, and assist with documentation and project coordination.
About you The successful candidate for this role will be a confident communicator who works with a sense of urgency to provide solutions and who enjoys interacting with a variety of key stakeholders on a range of IT related queries.
To be successful in this role, you will have:  Excellent communication skills Highly organised, comfortable asking questions 3+ years of experience in an IT Project Coordinator role Experience in financial services, with an IT background as you will need to understand PMO and IT jargon Excellent problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail with demonstrated success in improving processes and efficiency Comfortable with tight deadlines, and a systematic approach to your day-to-day activities What's in it for you?
