Project Controls Manager
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Project Controls Manager, you will be based in Bentley, and responsible for supporting the delivery of Horizon Power's project portfolio by applying the Project Management Methodology (PMM) in the provision of a standardised range of project controls services to the project directors, project managers and asset managers across the organisation. Including overseeing the system administration, maintenance and general configuration of the PMM tool (currently Planview).
This is a full-time max term role for 5 months.
Your role will include:
• Developing and implementing process to build and sustain organisational capability and in line with the Project management framework.
• Ensuring the project management methodology strictly adheres to Horizon Power's Risk and Governance disciplines.
• Contributing to the identification, development and implementation of business enterprise value initiatives and tracking as well as promote a continuous improvement culture at all levels in Horizon Power.
• Primary responsibility for System administration and maintenance of configuration and general performance of PlanView in collaboration with greater team to maintain compliance with PMM and data integrity of solution and projects.
• Directing, managing and monitoring function and project resources to best achieve agreed outcomes and ensure the provision of a high-level customer service to support the wider organisation.
You will have: 
• A tertiary degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management.
• Project Management Professional (or AIPM equivalent).
• WA Driver's Licence Class 'C' or 'C-A'.
• Thorough understanding of Project and Program management practices.
• Thorough understanding of Horizon Power Financial Management and accounting practices.
