EPCM – Perth CBD $230,000 + Benefits Or Contract - $130 - $140ph (negotiable)Immediate RequirementMining IndustryWe are presently seeking a Project Controls Manager to join one of our key EPCM clients based in the Perth CBD, primarily focused on working on two major projects currently, but with the directive to lead and grow a team.
PersonThe ideal candidate will come from an EPCM background, with a strong experience in managing large scale projects, providing a project controls, cost controls, and cost biased approach to managing and controlling projects, being capable of covering everything from front end design through to construction. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to win the hearts and minds of fellow employees, capable of leading a team and motivating others to achieve their goals.
Key Criteria:EPCM - Mining BackgroundProject Controls, Planning, Progress Measurement, Cost Control & Document Control Skills:Ability to Communicate at all levels.Capable of managing and leading a team of associated job functions, i.e. Cost Engineers, Planning, Design, etc.Ability to use MS Project / Primavera.QualificationsDegree or HNC / Diploma.Project Management Certification AIPM / PMP / APM / Prince 2.RemunerationWithin this role, you can expect to receive a salary in the region of $230,000 + or discuss the possibility of contract @ $130 - $140ph.
