Project Controls Adminstrator

The Role Seeking an experienced Project Administrator to be based out of our Subiaco Office supporting our Infrastructure project teams.
This role would suit an experienced, energetic and driven Administrator who is looking to add value to our teams by providing quality support and assistance in project coordination to our site and office-based teams.
This is a local, Monday to Friday role, based out of Subiaco, WA.
Mobile and laptop provided.

Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all team members.
Provide administrative support to site administrators or any site-related activities including updates for clients as requested.
Exception reports for plant and personnel missing dockets/timesheets/pre-starts.
Data entry into systems as required.
Create, administer and receipt purchase orders and work orders as requested.
Mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and plant, as requested.
Maintenance.
