About the Job
About the role Are you ready to lead and manage complex high-value contracts in a dynamic project environment?
We are seeking a Project Contracts Manager to provide technical expertise, leadership, and direction in procurement, contract establishment, and management for the PTA Project Delivery's (PPD) portfolio.
This role involves overseeing complex contract activities, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, and maintaining professional standards in contract administration.
You will work closely with Project Directors and Delivery Managers to drive procurement strategies, manage complex high-value works contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of all contract management activities.
As a key leader, you will be the single point of contact for contract-related issues, offering expert advice and maintaining conformance with Corporate Procurement policies and relevant legislation.
The role also involves continuous monitoring of contract processes, performing audits, and ensuring compliance through regular inspections and reviews.

About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
Tertiary qualification in Contract Management or Commercial Law, and/or extensive experience in contract and commercial management within large, complex organizations.Proven experience in preparing, managing, and auditing contract management processes, with extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated success in managing change and working collaboratively across all levels of an organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and provide insightful data analysis and reporting.About Us The Public Transport Authority's (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
