As our People Projects Consultant, reporting to the Senior Project Lead, you will execute the delivery of people project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on compliance for our critical change and transformation projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive major exciting changes at The Star.
A few of your responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives and achieve deliverables.Conduct research and analysis to support project goals, prepare project report packs and documentation for senior leadership.Maintain and monitor designated project schedules, resources, and budgets.Prioritise conflicting tasks, manage multiple projects or pieces of work simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Identify and mitigate risks as per business regulation and compliance whilst recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.What we will be looking for: Understanding of compliance and risk management and driving improvement opportunities.Solid experience in people project management and change management.Maintaining confidentiality with excellent communication skills at all levels of work.Ability to drive outcomes within a complex and dynamic organisation through a flexible and agile approach.Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, with experience as a HR Generalist or exposure to people projects and change management delivery.About you: The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and collaboration skills. You canwork independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, particularly with the broader People & Performance team and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of People projects.
