We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Commercial Manager to be a vital part of a transformative long-term infrastructure project in Western Sydney, with exciting possibilities for future expansions.
As the Project Commercial Manager, you'll take charge of the commercial aspects, from managing budgets and subcontracts to conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborating closely with a passionate project team, you'll provide strategic commercial insights and support, driving the project toward successful delivery and making a lasting impact in the community!
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement project communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
Craft compelling content and produce captivating materials for work notifications, project updates, correspondence, media releases, web/social media content, presentations, and traffic alerts.
Ensure prompt and effective management and resolution of community and stakeholder inquiries and complaints within designated timeframes.
Undertake regular reporting and maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of legislation, industry standards, and technological innovations.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas; therefore, all applicants must hold a current Driver's License and have their own transport.
