Highly regarded Lighting business who work with creatives, architects, designers and engineers.We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role will suit an Administrator, Scheduler or Sales Support who has experience working within the lighting industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for the below tasks: Prepare quotes from floor plans/ architectural drawings.Manage order placement with suppliers and manufacturers and coordinate delivery schedules.Customer support and first point of contact for all enquiries from clients, contractors and suppliers to make sure all material gets to site on time.Coordinate logistics and provide support for the day to day running of the WA Warehouse.Providing updates to clients on delivery and install dates.To be successful you will have the below: Proven track record in ANY role within the Lighting industry from either a Manufacturer, Distributer or wholesaler background.Ability to deliver all facets of a project from concept to install.Attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality.Benefits: Strong pipeline of work and well-connected network of repeat clientele.Exclusive benefits and offerings only available to this business.Supportive work-life balance culture with extra leave above industry standard.The team is easy-going yet professional and the culture is collaborative which will suit a highly motivated and autonomous individual.
