Project Co-Ordinator

Working closely with our Plant Engineer & Project Manager, you will assist in identifying Engineering requirements for the Casella Family Brands Sites, develop short and long term project plans to meet these requirements and manage their progress against plans, budgets and timelines!Within this position you will liaise and co-ordinate with contractors with regards to quotations and contracts, and ensure all contractors are compliant with WHS legislative. You will also be involved with organising training for relevant staff when required, identifying the appropriate subcontractors and identifying staff requirements and staff development requirements.The ideal energetic candidate will have: Good Leadership & Communication skillsThe ability to delegate and/or complete tasks in a timely mannerAttention to detailOrganisation and Time Management skillsBe confident in Data Recording and Interpretation.
