Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Administrative Coordinator to support our Project activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting requirements for a Business Case, ensuring alignment with strategic directions.
Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze data provided, evaluate options, and develop sound solutions consistent with strategic directions. Assist with other Project administrative requirements as requested, including Governance activities such as functioning as Secretariat for key Governance Meetings. Collaborate with the Project Manager in the preparation and coordination of project documentation, including business case documents and status reports within a PRINCE2 environment, providing a quality assurance role over project artifacts. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, customers, and stakeholders (both internal and external), facilitating and managing Business Case requirements through professional coordination of multiple stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience in project administration, preferably in a PRINCE2 environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research, analyze data, and develop sound solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
