Project Co-Ordinator - Commercial Construction

Harrison Barrat Group are currently representing one of the most reputable commercial and high-rise builders in Melbourne in seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Engineer to join their hard-working team on a permanent basis. This role reports to the Site teams and Project Manager, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to the success of future projects. As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our client prides themselves on their down-to-earth culture and the close-knit relationships they build internally and through their projects.Your every day:Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered by plans, designs and specifications.Participating in monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.Managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.Demonstrating financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.Who are you?Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.2 to 3 years of relevant building experience.Have a sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industry.Excellent stakeholder management experience.Driver's license and own transport.If you are interested in applying for this role, please go through the link below making sure to attach an up-to-date resume, along with the completed projects list.
