What you'll do:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of change management strategies across large-scale transformation programs.

Engage with diverse stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Assess the organisation's readiness for change and design interventions that facilitate effective transitions.

Monitor progress, analyse feedback, and adjust strategies to optimise success and minimise resistance.

Act as the central point of communication, ensuring transparency and alignment between project teams and stakeholders.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and ensuring sustainable change outcomes.

What you'll need:

5+ years in a similar role working on complex change initiatives.

Extensive experience in leading change, dealing with ambiguity and navigating competing

priorities.

Proven experience working with leadership and frontline staff in managing change across a diverse portfolio of work.

Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and practical application of these principles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.

A strategic mindset, capable of balancing immediate project needs with long-term organisational goals.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.

Resilience and adaptability to guide teams through challenging periods of transformation and uncertainty.
