The Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services NexGen, Facilities and Environment Portfolio will deliver critical investment into our facilities, sustainability initiatives, and service delivery to support better outcomes for our people, our customers, the industry, the community, and the environment.
In this role, you will focus on improving employee alignment and engagement with portfolio messaging and initiatives while also promoting these initiatives to external stakeholders.
Join us to play a key role in driving effective communications that support organizational transformation and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
You will leverage your expertise in transformation and change communications to drive effective communication strategies, ensuring successful organizational change.
You will provide communication leadership to the Portfolio team, managing workflows and priorities.
You will drive the communication components of the stakeholder engagement strategy, creating both written and visual content for internal and external audiences.
To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree in communications, media or a related discipline.Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in internal/employee communications and external stakeholder engagements.Demonstrated project management and organisational skills.Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.Flexible, collaborative, creative team player willing to step into whatever is required to get the job done.At Airservices Australia, we embrace and thrive on diversity of thought, perspectives, and capabilities because we know the benefits of having a workforce that is representative of the community that we serve.
