  We are now seeking an experienced Project Builder to join our dynamic team.
  Duties and responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
Provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Requirements: 2-3 years' proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  Salary: The role offers a remuneration package with $80,000 p.a.
plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
