ABOUT THE POSITION.
Manage a talented team and deliver small to medium-scale projects across various sectors, including public buildings, heritage, and conservation.
This is an entrepreneurial role, giving you the autonomy to manage and deliver projects while coordinating with clients and consultants.
DUTIES. Lead project design, management, and documentationDevelop relationships with new and existing clientsOversee construction administration and site coordinationMentor junior staffDeliver projects on time and within budgetSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. ArchiCAD and/or Revit proficiencyStrong technical knowledge of conservation, refurbishment, and adaptive re-useProven leadership in managing project teamsExperience in heritage projects is desirableExcellent communication and client management skillsCULTURE.
