ABOUT THE POSITION.
Manage a talented team and deliver small to medium-scale projects across various sectors, including public buildings, heritage, and conservation. This is an entrepreneurial role, giving you the autonomy to manage and deliver projects while coordinating with clients and consultants.
DUTIES. Lead project design, management, and documentation Develop relationships with new and existing clients Oversee construction administration and site coordination Mentor junior staff Deliver projects on time and within budget SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. ArchiCAD and/or Revit proficiency Strong technical knowledge of conservation, refurbishment, and adaptive re-use Proven leadership in managing project teams Experience in heritage projects is desirable Excellent communication and client management skills CULTURE.
