ABOUT THE POSITION.
Progress your career as an Architect with this opportunity to join an established boutique studio with a strong pipeline of projects secured over the coming years.
The role is open to a proven Project Architect with previous experience managing a project valued over $25mil from early design stage, through to construction stage.
DUTIES.
Lead your own project and team, from design through to delivery.
Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
Review documentation and complete mark-ups, ensuring deadlines are met.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Tertiary qualification in Architecture and NSW registration required.
Proven experience managing a large scale project without guidance.
Strong competency in Revit.
