Our client, a well-established architectural company, is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team in Perth.
The successful Project Architect will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the high-end residential, hotel, commercial, and residential sectors.

Project Architect Position OverviewWork across all RIBA stages on a variety of residential and commercial projectsProduce high-quality drawings on ArchiCAD softwareProduce tender packages, complete surveys on site, and produce planning applicationsRun & Manage projectsParticipate in meetings with external consultants / clientsProblem solve and demonstrate an understanding of the architectural process, both in design and constructionGo on site visitsProject Architect Position RequirementsARB/RIBA Qualified ArchitectGood project running experienceLive in or around the Perth areaClient liaising skillsHard working & motivatedAble to work well within a teamProject Architect Position RemunerationCompetitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 DOE)Pension schemeHealth InsuranceLife Insurance28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas ShutdownPool Car for site visitsHybrid workingOther company benefits to be discussed at interview stageBennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
