Project Architect

A global practice, dedicated to creating people-centric environments from the large scale to the small.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5-7years proven experience in similar roles.
Be devoted to the art of architectural design, well rounded in documentation, contract administration, and have a personable demeanour enjoying delivery with like-minded and talented professionals.
You will: Have a sound understanding of relevant design codes and regulations.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with proven design, delivery and client facing skills.
Find solutions through your wealth of experience.
Produce detailed documentation in a reasonable timeframe.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of current and future design trends / construction methods.
Be highly competent in ArchiCAD and BIM modelling, or willing to be trained.
