COX Architecture is a multidisciplinary Australian practice which integrates architecture, planning, urban design, and interior design.
We are unusual for a large multi-studio practice in that we work to a defined design ethos in all studios. This ethos is based upon principles of structure, craft, art and nature. With a focus on design excellence and our people, we provide a supportive and collaborative culture where we strive for excellence in everything they do.
Our team members have the opportunity throughout their career with COX to work across varied typologies, including but not limited Cultural, Education & Research, Health & Justice, Office & Mixed-use, Residential & Hotel, Retail, Sport and Transport. We encourage our people to develop a depth of knowledge across all areas and continue to develop and refine their skills.
About COX : COX is a design-focused contemporary architectural practice with studios located in every major Australian city and Auckland, and a history spanning 60 years.
We are a values-led practice. Our values simultaneously reflect who we currently are and provide a pathway to how we can further realise COX 's unifying idea of 'By the Many, For the Many'. Our people are expected to represent and model the foundational values of Embody Diversity, Lead with Empathy, Do More with Less and Create to Last. In addition to this, the COX Values set clear expectations about working with us as individuals, as leaders and together across teams.
