Project Architect

For either Graduate Architects or experienced Project Architects to drive projects from concept to completion for a dynamic design firm.A Permanent Full Time position within a nationally recognized company.Requires: Proven experience in ArchiCAD and strong communication skills.Salary depends on experienceLocation: Gold Coast Region of Queensland.Your normal day will involve:Running projects from concept to finish.Gaining development approvals and assembling project teams.Coordinating projects to successful approval.This includes documenting and detailing architectural working drawings for childcare centers, low rise residential and high-rise projects, communicating with consultants, engineers, builders, interior designers, and project managers, and working within a larger team and on an individual basis across a diverse range of projects.
You'll also be attending project managers meetings and site visits.You'll be joining a well-established and quality-assured company with 20 years of experience and a large pipeline of exciting work.
