Project Architect

Could you already be local or are you prepared to move to the area of Coffs Coast NSW to be a project lead within a practice working predominantly on residential and hospitality projects? Are you passionate about your work and have an exceptional eye for detail?
About Us Our project list has us expanding from a small practice that works closely with our clients towards one of the standout teams on the Mid North Coast delivering high quality architecture. Whilst we predominantly work on single & multi-residential plus pubs refurbs and additions, we also work on other types of hospitality and education projects. We are focused upon gaining much traction in the local multi-residential sector.
Tasks and Responsibilities Site investigations.Development and Construction Certificate applications.Coordination of consultants and liaison with suppliers.Specification writing.Working on multiple projects at once.Qualifications & Experience Candidates need to be a graduate of architecture, and a registered architect is preferred with a minimum of 15 years experience, including a minimum of 5 within Australia.
You must have great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Much of the candidates' experience should be on multi-residential and commercial projects, preferably hospitality.
We are looking for someone with an advanced understanding of the National Construction Code.
You must be an advanced user of Revit.
