The Opportunity: We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at the Uralla Telemetry Tracking and Command Facility.
This is a key role that will involve overseeing critical operations, managing projects, and driving the success of our cutting-edge satellite systems.
Responsibilities: Management of all operational and project matters, including customer technical project reporting requirements and the identification of potential additional work scope Manage and coordinate all Uralla operations and sustainment activities to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within the quality and maintenance framework.
Provide management to Uralla assigned team members through: tasking of resources, development of process framework, data and skill sets, in order for the team to be effective and deliver the required contracted outcomes.
Ensure all maintenance activities and approved modifications are incorporated, performed and completed in accordance with the directives, approved modification documentation and any other associated technical documentation.
About you: To be successful you will need : Nationally recognized trade qualification in a relevant discipline (electronics, electrical, mechanical, mission critical operations) with extensive and proven experience Significant knowledge, ability and experience in the maintenance and repair of technical systems and equipment, integrated systems, sub-systems and software.
Extensive experience managing and coordinating operations and sustainment activities Excellent planning skills of maintenance and support programs covering electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment associated with a large and technically complex system.
