If you're passionate about managing projects, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is the role for you.The Role:As a Project and Installations Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of installation services for our products. This includes scheduling labour, subcontractors, and fabrication, ensuring all site access requirements are met, and maintaining open communication with clients and team members.Your ultimate goal is to ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.Key Responsibilities:Review and quote new projects, including reading building plans and drawings.Plan and schedule installation and maintenance works, ensuring all materials, labour, and timelines are accounted for.Coordinate pre-installation tasks, including procurement, subcontractor requirements, and site accessibility.Oversee documentation such as SWMS, licences, inductions, and subcontractor qualifications.Manage variations and claims in collaboration with the sales team.Conduct project reviews to compare estimated costs against actual outcomes for continuous improvement.Address and resolve on-site issues effectively and escalate conflicts when necessary.Provide regular schedule updates to stakeholders on project progress, delays, and completions.Maintain accurate project costing records and administer incident reporting as required.Deliver high-level customer service, assist with general sales administration, and support management and sales teams as needed.Occasionally visit sites to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges.About You:You are a motivated professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
