Key Responsibilities: Project Management:Define and facilitate successful IT projects, meeting critical business impacts and deadlines.Risk Management:Proactively identify and manage project risks, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.Methodology Mastery:Employ appropriate project management methods and tools, ensuring quality reviews and adherence to change control procedures.Leadership:Provide strong leadership to project teams, guiding them through challenges and ensuring project deliverables meet agreed tolerances.Incident/Problem/Service Request Management: Process Optimization:Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of incident and problem management processes.Issue Resolution:Take a proactive and reactive approach to resolve issues, aiming to prevent future incidents through thorough documentation and analysis.Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience:Demonstrated ability in managing IT projects and resolving complex incidents/problems.Methodological Flexibility:A robust understanding of project management methodologies, with the finesse to tailor them to project specifics.Problem-Solving Prowess:Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate.Risk and Plan Management:Competence in managing risks and maintaining project plans within agreed parameters.Communication and Leadership:Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of steering project teams and engaging stakeholders effectively.Requirements: Autonomy:Ability to work independently, initiate tasks, and be accountable for achieving objectives.
