Project Analyst - Ops Strategic ProgramsFull-time, 12 month maximum-term contract, with potential for a permanent role at the end of the contract if business requirements prevail.Brisbane based role.Hello. What you'll be doing The objective of the Project Analyst - Ops Strategic Programs role is to support the Senior Manager, Ops Strategic Programs on tasks and tactical activities to ensure the projects remain on schedule, stay within budget and achieve their goals. This is an exciting role within an Operations Transformation team, where you will be able to drive key changes and innovations in the business across an operational context.
Further responsibilities:
Assist Senior Manager to develop and track project schedulesPrepare regular project progress reportsPrepare Power Point presentations for Senior ManagementFollow-up with project stakeholders on task execution and deliverablesActively seek and maintain relationships with business and project team stakeholdersData analysis and ensure the project is tracking to monthly metricsProvide administrative support to Project TeamAssist with managing the budgetsProvide consistent and timely feedback on progress as requiredCoordinate meetings, workshops, and events, preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completedMaintain accurate records of program documentation, including reports, and key deliverablesProactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance program efficiencyYou'll be great in this role if you have… Proven track record of working within a project environment, managing project coordination activities within a large, complex businessMinimum 2 years' experience in Administration/Project/Program coordinationProject coordination experience within an Operations division is highly advantageous.Previous experience on logistical integration projectsGreat eye for detail to assist in ensuring each project artefact meets the project's quality standardsAble to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to help out the team where requiredStrong problem solving, prioritisation and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills - confident communicator with the ability to quickly build rapport with othersExperience tracking projects to budgets and finding anomaliesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of project management methodologiesWe're committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to): Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year)A flexible, hybrid work style.
