About the Job The Enterprise Portfolio team works closely with Barrenjoey's operating business units to ensure business initiatives are aligned with Barrenjoey's strategic objectives.
The function also owns the governance and reporting approach to maintain transparency in delivery against priorities.
The team comprises project management, business analysis, and testing capabilities.
As an enablement function, it leads and manages all aspects of portfolio management across Barrenjoey, helping set and define objectives and key results, defining benefits and value drivers, supporting road mapping and planning activities to deliver a balanced portfolio of change for the organisation.
As a Project Analyst in this function, your key role will be to:
Assist in project administration tasks to ensure smooth project execution.Utilise Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage tasks, and report on key metrics.Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document project requirements.Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.Assist in business analysis tasks such as process mapping and requirements elicitation.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project efficiency.Liaise with and manage stakeholders across all business areas.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project in the financial services sector and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
