Scope: Assessment of Business Processes and Legal Governance: Evaluate newly developed processes against revised advice and measures implemented, in response to various reviews and findings. Accuracy of Debt Outcomes: Conduct independent reviews of activities related to income apportionment. Assess the accuracy of debt outcomes and provide feedback on the new correspondence products developed. Enhancement of Legal Governance Processes: Identify systemic or potentially significant legal risks. Assess the sufficiency of legal governance processes to identify and mitigate these risks. Provide recommendations for additional systems and processes. Support to Senior Management: Assist in planning, executing fieldwork/testing, reviewing, and reporting stages of large and complex client engagements. Assurance Services: Deliver professional audit/assurance services to ensure compliance and efficiency. Mentorship and Training: Serve as a role model and trainer to junior team members, fostering excellent client service and assisting in the development of technical and professional competencies. Deliverables: Comprehensive assessment reports on business processes, legal governance, and debt outcome accuracy. Recommendations for enhancements to legal governance processes. Internal audit reports ensuring compliance and efficiency. Training sessions and mentorship programs for junior team members.
