The Company
Our client is a leader in providing expert agricultural and environmental advice across all major agri-food and fibre industries, regionally, nationally and internationally. They apply scientific and engineering skills to tackle some of the most pressing problems facing agriculture today. Their work spans on-farm consultancy to industry leading research and development, with a technical focus on environmental management and carbon.
The Role
Continued growth of the business has created the need for a key addition to the team. The Project Administrator will report to the Managing Director and will play a prominent role in supporting the project teams to adopt and use the new internal system to deliver projects with seamless integrity, in line with our clients' core values.
Key responsibilities will include: Document system administration including migration, adoption and maintenance Developing policies and procedures and the communication and implementation of them Administration of Project Works Project Operations Workflow, monitoring project data, critical paths and delivery fulfilment. Teams Development & Performance Active representation of the company values, with reference to all relevant company procedures, including regard for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have the following required competencies:Demonstrated experience in project management or project operations Highly developed organisational skills to plan and meet deadlines in a high demand work environment across multiple projects Advanced communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate, coach and influence people at all levels Confidence in using and coaching others to use project management software, resource planning or CRM platforms Advanced skills in the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and change management that lasts Willingness to learn and undertake professional development if required, and to participate in performance management processes if required.
