DESCRIPTIONProject Administrator – Power Generation (Sydney)In this role, you will support the customer-facing sales force through the rhythm of sales, lead to close.
You will execute and support selected activities under limited supervision.You will make an impact in the following ways:(SAP) Project Set up - Set up the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost sheet items into the tool.
(SAP) Project Costs approval for out of scope or over cost sheet orders.Profile Revenue Plans for Projects.Collate the Revenue Memo submission for the compliance team for projects over $5M USD.Collate actual costs for Revenue statements.Collate Proof of Delivery (POD) Evidence to the Revenue Statement.Submit Revenue statements to Finance.Monitor and track all projects for progress against financial plans.Follow up/track Training and compliance.Event/Meetings planning and support of minutes, etc.PM general administration support - Planning events/Travel/Processing works.Preparing Reports for leadership on project progress.Collate and create the Lessons learnt from the information from the PM and Finance data collected over the duration of the project.RESPONSIBILITIESSkills and competencies:SAP experience preferred.Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Movex advantageous.Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Values differences - Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.Education, Licenses, CertificationsHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.QUALIFICATIONSExperienceRequires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Job SalesOrganization Cummins Inc.Role Category HybridJob Type OfficeReqID 2400111Relocation Package No
