Project Administrator – Perth

The Position:

Resource Services Group X are currently seeking a full-time Project Administrator to provide pro-active, responsive and professional support to our Project Team.

Based in our Perth City Office, key responsibilities include:

Assist in Maintaining project documentation Assist with project meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Supporting HSE administrative duties Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Assist with tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
Assisting Mobilisation team with flights and rosters

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
