Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team on a permanent basis.
This is a permanent, local based role which will see you working Monday - Friday from our Mackay office.
It is a multi-functional admin role which will see you carrying out a wide range of tasks from payroll, accounts payable/receivable to procurement and fleet/asset management supporting our operations and projects teams.
Key responsibilities include:Managing weekly Invoicing & Client Claims.Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.Cost tracking and variance analysis.Credit card reconciliation.Assist with site compliance & onboarding employees to site.Managing and maintaining personnel roster and schedule training / induction requirements.Preparation of daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for up to 40+ employees.Provide high quality administrative support to the site manager and operations project team.Travel bookings as required.General office support duties.Why Us?We provide the benefits you'd expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?
