Working within the Work Order Integrity team to review, root cause and rectify Breakdown Maintenance (BM) Work Orders through multiple tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other analytical tools and MS Office Applications.
Reporting to the Work Order Integrity Manager you will drive continuous improvement across multiple fronts with the autonomy to apply and support improvements as required to achieve the required KPIs.
ResponsibilitiesInvestigate failed breakdown work orders (WO)Coordinate close out of breakdown work orders (WO) with subcontracting companiesCoordinate close out of planned maintenance work orders (WO) with subcontracting companiesWork closely with Planning, Subcontractor Management, Helpdesk and Operational teams to deliver the planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance orders on timeUpdate daily tracking SharePoints to show current state of allocated WOsSkills & ExperienceStrong written and verbal communications skillsData analytical capability across a range of platforms including SAP and ExcelSAP knowledge and capabilities is requiredProblem solving and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyse, synthesise and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutionsBenefitsSupportive TeamCareer growthFlexibilityWorking Hours: Full-Time
