Our team are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic New Terminal Project Administrator.
What you'll do: The Project Administrator for the New Terminal Project at Perth Airport will provide high-level administrative support to the New Terminal team.
Duties include managing project information and document control, coordinating meetings, developing, and updating project documents, providing support for stakeholder activitie , and managing office requirements.
Everyday tasks involve facilitating communication, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with procurement and financial management.
About you: You will possess a qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a project administration or coordination role. The candidate should have experience in compiling tender documentation and reports, and an in-depth understanding of document control. A deep understanding of Aconex for uploading, retrieving, and managing document versions, workflows, and reports is necessary. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software are required. The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
