Project Administrator

A leading Civils and Infrastructure company, known for delivering essential projects and services, is seeking a Project Administrator to support our dynamic project teams.This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, with responsibilities spanning administration, coordination, and communication.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for project teams.Manage work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.Prepare and distribute project updates and communications.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.About You:Previous experience in a related role within the construction or infrastructure industry is preferable.Proficient in relevant software such as MYOB and SAP is desirable.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Must be able to communicate well with customers and work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Work for a well-respected name in the industry and be part of a great team.Security and progression.Excellent remuneration package - up to $85k + super.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume by clicking APPLY below.
