What's on offer?
Reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager, we are seeking a self-motivated Project Administrator to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business based in Hazelmere supporting our minor civils team.
This role is vital to the delivery of key road projects across the Perth area.
In this role you'll be responsible for: Daily collection and checking of site-based documents including subcontractor/supplier dockets and invoices.
Processing month end, including data entry into JD Edwards and and assisting with the compilation of information for monthly client reporting.
Ensuring appropriate documentation is received and processed accordingly.
Procurement tasks including purchase orders, job set up and job cost coding.
Ensuring that all accounts payable documents are processed as required.
On boarding administration for teams mobilising to regional sites including Labour Hire and Subcontractors.
To be successful, we are seeking an experienced Administrator, ideally with project-based skills and an innate ability to multitask and provide seamless team support.
You will be energised by delivering work to the highest standard on time, whilst displaying strong communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving.
Experience with JD Edwards is advantageous but is not essential.
