Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SCEE) is a leading provider of electrical, instrumentation, communication, and maintenance services across Australia.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Administrator Lead to join our team for the Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) project.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering renewable energy project in Western Australia.

Position Overview:
The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting our Project Administrator lead on all administrative functions on site, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the project team.
This role is critical in maintaining effective communication, documentation, and logistical support for the CBESS project.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for all site administration activities, including office management, document control, and reporting.
Coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain and update project records, including contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
Support project managers and site teams with daily administrative tasks.
Manage site accommodation and travel arrangements for staff.
Ensure site compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
