The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting project teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication between departments.

Key responsibilities will include: Provide project administrative support as needed.
Coordinate and manage project documentation to ensure up-to-date, accurate records are maintained.
Track project progress, report on milestones, and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.
Schedule and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Support project teams with data entry, reporting, and information management as needed.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and status reports.
Maintain effective communication between project teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
Manage procurement and supply chain activities related to project needs, as directed.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, reporting any variances to project managers.

Your natural ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities will be complemented by your essential experience in the following: Well-developed customer service and business communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
Expertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP - purchasing, expediting, production, cost control and reporting.
Ability to interpret contract documentation.
