At UGL, we are currently seeking interest from Project Administrators to join the Fuels & Energy business. The role will support one of our key O&G contracts based in Sale with the opportunity to travel offshore delivering a hands-on admin support service to the team.
This is an office-based role in Sale VIC, 5 days per week.
About the RoleThe Administrator works collaboratively with the Project Operations providing an all-rounder service ensuring the Sale office and offshore platforms are running smoothly, focusing on continuous improvements and cost savings and assisting stakeholders with tasks (finance, people, ops).
A balance of attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to handle sensitive information is critical to the role.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular ExcelProject and/or site experienceAbility to work in an effective team environment and promote positive behavioursHigh level of attention to detailAbility to adapt to change and learn new systems and processesDemonstrated ability to create and maintain internal and external relationshipsAbility to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and organise/prioritise demandsAbility to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow through within a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive Remuneration
