Position OverviewAs a Project Administrator, you will provide support across the business on a local or national level as required. This position will support multi-disciplinary design, engineering and consulting projects and proposals. The ideal candidate will thrive in this dynamic role, being able to deliver for the National Business.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with Project Leaders to maintain compliance with the Project Delivery Framework and Project Administration ProcessesProject/Proposal setup including collating, maintaining and utilising existing library of information pertinent to efficient project/proposal setupAssisting Project Manager with QA and project reviewsDistribute and action monthly reporting, invoices, supplier invoice approval and allocation including required supporting documentationAssisting with financial tracking including, contract values, variations, the value of works completed, the value of remaining works, debtorsAssisting with collecting and analysing project data and reporting outcomesAssisting with the preparation and monitoring of project budgetsManaging daily administrative functions such as typing and formatting documents/Project reports/returnable schedules/Return BriefsMarking up of changes to contractsManagement and Implementation of some discipline specific tasks as can be handled, such as preparation of geotechnical briefs or organising pressure/flow testsSkills and ExperienceDemonstrated success in a similar rolePrior experience within engineering, construction, or professional services will be highly regardedHigh level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skillsExceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high quality "internal" customer experienceA strong working knowledge with business and project Management software packagesExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc. desirableACOR is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
