Project Administrator PLEASE NOTE - THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO BE BASED IN SYDNEY AND HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS Daily rate: $400-450 inc super Duration: 6 months initially Start: ASAP Location: Sydney (Hybrid) Client: Our client is looking for someone who will assist with the administration of projects including the preparation of meetings, presentations, reports, budgets, progress tracking, keep stakeholders informed and continuous improvement activity.
Responsibilities : Support the planning, development and implementation of projects and initiatives, maintaining high standards of secretariat and business support Attend meetings, document minutes, decisions, actions, and develop project presentations and meeting packs Maintain project administrative systems, processes, and central registers Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans, meetings with stakeholders to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in achieving the overall objectives Assist to set, document, and follow up project actions and timeframes Work with project teams to identify and articulate benefits, risks and issues as required, maintaining the logs and registers Assist the Project teams through the use of a range of project management tools and methodologies Support, coordinate, and document changes to the scope, schedule and costs throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed as agreed Assist in monitoring and evaluating programs of work and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, for coordination of activities and ensuring project requirements are maintained in ways that support innovative practices Stay current with developments across the health landscape and project management techniques Identify and develop enhancements and add value to the program through continuous improvement opportunities Perform other duties reasonably required as directed Ensure "best practice" processes across all areas of responsibilities.
Your experience: 3 years' experience in a similar project coordinator role preferably across health/human services Ability to work in an agile, complex and change environment Demonstrated experience in writing reports and other business communications Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience in engaging and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders Evidence of using own initiative to help achieve goals; proactive in problem-solving and resolving conflicts Advanced level computer skills – MO suite and digital platforms Please submit your CV asap and I will get back to you with more details if suitable.
