This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and focused individual who would like to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. As part of this team, you will manage multiple work streams, project tasks, programmes, and channels which the local Australian team is responsible for across the ANZ and Pacific region; with a pathway to Project Management and associated professions. This person will also meet and exceed all company and individual goals in line with the Company's policies, procedures, and values.
The role involves a range of duties, including but not limited to the following:
Administrative support of the Project Management TeamResponsible for managing and tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverablesAssist the project and business teams to scope and plan projectsCoordinate internal and external teams for project deliveryManage and contribute to project business cases, project risk, issue management, and change requestsManage and assist in product testing and quality controlAssist and coordinate in answering technical or process queriesTake minutes at meetings or workshopsManage tasks required for sprint planningReport and update project status (monthly updates meeting and quarterly prioritisation meetings)Develop project documentationCoordinate with the team of international project managers on project delivery tasksManage project closure and ensure proper handover to operations teamMinimum Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in working in a project coordinator role or environmentAbility to apply project management method/methodology principlesAbility to work with internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to coordinate and work closely as part of a global teamWork with limited/minimal supervision on tasks and activities assignedHighly developed documentation, knowledge, and information management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganised and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlinesIntermediate MS Office software skillsAdditional Preferred Qualities:
Ability to understand the business and acquire product knowledge and proceduresTechnical/engineering/CS backgroundTertiary education, Project Management certification is desirable but not requiredOutgoing personality and team-orientedExperience in Banking, Telco, Payment Processing, Transactions Processing is highly desirable but not requiredBasic SQL knowledge is desirable as well as the ability to learn proprietary systems and toolsAt epay Australia, we recognise our people are critical to our ongoing success.
